OUR MISSION

ABOUT US

The CEI focuses on developing and supporting student entrepreneurs at Mizzou. Housed in the Management Department within the Trulaske College of Business, the CEI's mission is to provide experiential learning opportunities and training beyond the classroom.

Student-Made is an experiential program that partners with colleges and universities to identify, engage and support creative student entrepreneurs of all kinds. Through the creation of an online marketplace, student Creators and Managers learn tangible entrepreneurial skills.

WHAT WE DO

  • GROWING SUPPORT FOR STUDENT BUSINESSES

Student entrepreneurs are being promoted more effectively to customers within our campus community.

  • HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE FOR STUDENT MANAGERS

Our Student-Manager Team works in a real company environment to grow Student-Made on campus.

  • ACCESSIBLE FOR THE WHOLE CAMPUS COMMUNITY

Students, faculty, alumni and parents have the chance to support student ventures like never before.

There is no better time to start a business than right now!

The barriers to entry have lowered dramatically, and the world desperately needs innovative solutions to the challenges we all face. The Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation aims to ensure students have the resources, mentors, collaborators, and experiences that will enable them to have the best chance at launching a successful enterprise.

Our Growing Network

Being part of the Student-Made network of campuses means our entrepreneurial students have access to supporters far beyond campus, and our manager team is collaborating with other student teams across the country.
